Do-Tank is about Doing rather than talking; the doing bit being about turning the best of your environmentally sustainable solutions into reality.

Do-Tank is a clearing house, receiving and considering ideas with environmental worth and then determining and assembling the resources and project management skills needed to make the best of them happen.

Do-Tank, unlike other web-based fora, is a place where we not only initiate and develop ideas, but where we also commit to try and fund and project manage them into reality – the ‘Doing’ bit. This is important because the implementation phase is where many of the real learnings about the viability of an idea are discovered i.e. you only understand what the real issues and opportunities are when actually trying to implement an idea.

All ideas must be:

• ‘SMART’
• Sustainable
• ‘Ring-fenceable’
• Repeatable/replicable
• Have impact
• Deliverable within a certain time frame
